Conversational AI Consultants for UAE Businesses.

Latent Digital Solutions is a Dubai-based team of conversational AI consultants and engineers that builds conversational AI: assistants that talk to your customers and your staff on WhatsApp, your website and inside your own apps, in Arabic and English, and hand over to a person when they should. We prototype first, so you see it holding real conversations before you commit to the full build.

Help us come back better prepared.

Why UAE Businesses Choose Latent as Their Conversational AI Consultant

A demo that answers three sample questions well is easy. A system that stays useful on the fourth is the real work. We build for the conversations your customers actually have, including the awkward ones.

Registered in Dubai

Latent Digital Solutions FZCO, UAE Trade Licence No. 72640, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Bilingual and Native-Reviewed

Both languages handled in the same conversation, including customers who switch mid-sentence. Before launch, native Arabic speakers on your team test it on your real customer wording and sign it off.

Hand-off Is Core Scope

Every assistant knows when it is out of its depth and passes the conversation to a person with the context intact. We treat that as part of the build, not an add-on.

You Own the System

Source code, conversation flows, prompts, test sets and configuration are assigned to your company. The WhatsApp and model accounts sit in your name, so nothing depends on us to keep running.

Recent Work

A snapshot of software we have built for teams in the UAE and internationally. Every project is covered by an NDA; where clients allow attribution, we name them; otherwise we describe the work anonymously.

Conversational AI Consulting Services: What We Build

01

Arabic Chatbots and WhatsApp Assistants

Answer questions, check order or booking status, collect details and take requests on the channel your customers already use, in Arabic, English or a mix of both in the same message.

02

Website and In-App Chat

The same assistant on your website or inside your own app, so customers get one consistent experience wherever they start.

03

Lead Capture, Qualification and Booking

Ask the right questions, qualify the enquiry, and book a viewing, call or appointment straight into your team's calendar.

04

Internal Assistants for Your Team

HR, IT and policy questions answered from your own documents, so staff stop interrupting each other for the same answers.

05

Voice Agents

Assistants that answer and place calls for routine requests, and pass complex ones to a person.

06

Hand-off, Integrations and Analytics

Connect to your CRM, ERP, ticketing and payment tools, route conversations to the right person, and report on what customers ask and where the assistant struggles.

Built for How UAE Customers Actually Talk

Most conversational AI content assumes an English website widget. UAE customers write in Arabic, English or both in one message, and they expect to do it on WhatsApp. An Arabic chatbot for a UAE business has to handle all of that, not just translate English answers.

Arabic, English and both at once

Customers switch language mid-sentence, and a language toggle in a settings menu doesn't handle it. We test with your real customer wording in both languages, and Arabic is reviewed by native speakers before launch.

WhatsApp first, not adapted later

Built for WhatsApp from the start, so formatting, images and context between messages hold up, instead of showing the seams of a web widget squeezed into a chat app.

A clean hand-off to a person

When the assistant reaches its limit it says so and passes the conversation on with the history attached, instead of guessing.

Consent and data, sorted early

Once an assistant logs conversations, UAE PDPL obligations apply. We set out what is stored, for how long and who can see it before build.

WhatsApp: What's Allowed, and How It's Billed

WhatsApp has rules about AI, and they matter before you build anything. Meta's terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform restrict providers of general-purpose AI assistants from using it to offer those products. A bot built to serve your own customers, handling your bookings, orders and questions, is what the platform is for. We build assistants scoped to your business, not open-ended "ask me anything" bots. WhatsApp data also can't be used to train general AI models; the only exception is fine-tuning a model for your exclusive use. On cost, Meta bills WhatsApp messaging per message, by category (marketing, utility and authentication templates), and non-template replies inside an open customer-service window are free at the time of writing. Meta changes its pricing regularly, so we cost the messaging for your expected volume before you commit, and you pay Meta directly from an account in your own name.

From First Conversation to Live Assistant

AI projects shouldn't start with a large budget and a long plan. We start with the conversations your customers already have.

01

Understand

About a week. We read your real customer conversations and questions, and agree which ones the assistant handles and which it must hand off.

02

Design

We map the flows in Arabic and English, the tone, and the hand-off rules, before any technology is chosen.

03

Prototype

Typically within two weeks. A working assistant on real messages that you can try yourself on WhatsApp.

04

Test

We test with your real customer wording in both languages, native Arabic speakers on your team review it, and we measure answers that were right, wrong or handed off.

05

Go live

Usually weeks, not months. We connect it to your systems, launch to a small group first, and hand over dashboards and documentation.

Built to fail well

The demo isn't the hard part. The fourth question is.

Every assistant eventually meets a question it can't answer. What matters is what it does next, so we design that first.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is conversational AI?

Software that holds a natural conversation with a person, in text or voice, understands what they mean and responds usefully, instead of forcing them through menus. For a business it usually means an assistant on WhatsApp, your website or your app that answers questions, takes requests and hands over to your team when needed.

How do I choose a conversational AI consultant in the UAE?

Look for a team that prototypes before asking for a large budget, can show live assistants handling real Arabic and English conversations, builds the hand-off to a person as core scope, and assigns you ownership of the code and accounts. Our guide to conversational AI consultants covers how to tell whether you need one at all, and what to ask before you sign.

Can you build a WhatsApp chatbot for our business?

Yes. We build WhatsApp assistants scoped to your business: bookings, orders, enquiries and support questions, connected to your own systems. We set up WhatsApp Business Platform access with you, either directly with Meta or through a partner platform, whichever fits your volume and needs, and the account stays in your name.

Does it work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes, including customers who mix both in one message. Quality can vary by dialect and topic, so we build Arabic review into every project: we test on your real customer wording, and native Arabic speakers on your team review and sign off the results before launch.

What makes a good Arabic chatbot for a UAE business?

It understands how your customers really write, including Gulf dialect and messages that mix Arabic and English, it says so and hands over to a person when it is unsure, and it has been tested on your own customer messages and reviewed by a native Arabic speaker. Our guide to the Arabic chatbot checks to run before you buy sets out what to test.

Are AI chatbots allowed on WhatsApp?

Yes, when they serve your own customers. Meta's terms restrict providers of general-purpose AI assistants from offering those products through the WhatsApp Business Platform, but an assistant built for your bookings, orders and questions is what the platform is for. We build the second kind, not open-ended "ask me anything" bots.

What happens when the chatbot can't answer?

It says so and hands the conversation to a person with the history attached, so the customer doesn't repeat themselves. We treat the hand-off as core scope and test it before launch.

How much does a conversational AI project cost in the UAE?

It depends mainly on how many conversations the assistant must handle well, how many languages, and how many of your systems it connects to. That is why we start with a working prototype rather than a large commitment. There is also an ongoing cost: WhatsApp bills per message by category, and the assistant needs periodic review as customer questions change. Our guide to conversational AI costs in the UAE breaks down what drives the number.

How long does it take?

Faster than a typical software project. Discovery takes about a week, a first working assistant usually lands within two weeks, and going live is normally weeks rather than months, depending on how many systems it connects to.

Should we build a custom assistant or use an off-the-shelf chatbot tool?

If you need one language, a narrow set of questions and a channel the tool supports well, an off-the-shelf tool is often faster and cheaper, and we will say so. A custom build earns its cost once you need Arabic and English together, WhatsApp handled properly, or a real hand-off to a person. Our guide, Conversational AI Consultant: Do You Actually Need One?, sets out where that line sits.

Is our customers' data safe?

We agree in writing what is stored, where, for how long and who can see it, and we build consent handling to UAE PDPL expectations. Sensitive conversations go to a person, and there is an audit log of what the assistant said. Every engagement starts with a signed NDA.

Can it connect to our CRM, booking system or ERP?

Yes. Most of the value comes from the connection: the assistant reads from and writes to the systems your team already uses, through their APIs, so a booking made in a chat appears in your calendar and CRM without anyone retyping it.

Who owns the assistant, and who maintains it afterwards?

You do. Source code, conversation flows, prompts, test sets and configuration are assigned to your company, and the WhatsApp and model accounts are in your name. We hand over documentation and can support it on a retainer or leave your team to run it.
