A board-certified respiratory and sleep specialist needed a telehealth platform to serve patients across the UAE, covering video consultations, encrypted messaging, e-prescriptions and scheduling, with the compliance posture a healthcare service requires.
The platform had to work reliably on any device the patient might have, meet UAE and international data-privacy standards, and give the specialist a single console to manage bookings, follow-ups and patient records.
