About Latent
Built globally. Now in the UAE.
We didn't come to the UAE to start a software company. We came here after years of building software for businesses across the US and other global markets. Today Latent brings that experience, an 80+ person team, and more than 110 completed projects to businesses across the UAE.
Years of experience. A new home in the UAE.
Latent started its journey in India in 2018. Since then our work has taken us across industries, technologies and more than 12 countries. We've built long-term relationships with businesses in the US, worked with organisations across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, and helped companies build, improve and run software that matters to their business.
In 2025 we took the next step and established Latent Digital Solutions in the UAE. Not to serve the region from a distance. To be here.

Where it started
We began building custom software for businesses looking for a long-term technology partner.

Going global
Our work expanded beyond India, with projects and client relationships across the US and other international markets. Over time our team grew to more than 80 people and our work crossed 12 countries.

December 2024
Recognised in the UAE
Before establishing our UAE entity, our work had already brought us to the region. In December 2024, Latent was recognised in the UAE with an award for Outstanding Contribution to Healthcare. It was an important milestone in our journey, and it strengthened our decision to build a long-term presence in the region.

We established our UAE entity to work more closely with businesses in the region. It brought together our global engineering experience with a local presence and a much bigger commitment to the UAE market.
