These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern paid work. Client engagements are covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
1. Who we are

2. Using this site
You may read, share, and reference this site freely. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
- interfere with its availability, for example through automated overload or denial of service
- scrape or reproduce the content at scale for a competing commercial purpose
- use it in a way that breaks UAE law
3. Intellectual property in this site
The Latent Digital Solutions name, logo, written content, and the layout and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Client names and marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or as factual reference to completed work. Photography is licensed for our use and is not sublicensed to you.
4. Intellectual property in work we deliver
This is separate from the paragraph above, and it is worth stating clearly. Work carried out for a client is governed by the signed engagement agreement for that project. We work NDA backed as standard. The specific ownership, licensing, and confidentiality terms for any project are set out in that agreement, not on this page.
5. Accuracy and no advice
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, including the outcomes and figures we cite. Even so, it is provided for general information. It is not technical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not act on it alone. Any estimate of timelines or results describes past work and is not a promise of the same outcome for you.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to third party services, including our scheduling page, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
