Opening a new mobile revenue channel without slowing the core team

The challenge

Docupet already ran a mature, successful pet licensing platform on the web. What it did not have was a mobile presence, or the internal bandwidth to build one without pulling engineers off the product that was already earning.

What we built

We delivered fully managed iOS and Android applications in React Native, run end to end by our team, so their own engineers never had to stop work on the core platform.
